As outlined over at the PlayStation Blog, you must be a PlayStation Plus subscriber. To everyone complaining that there was nothing worthwhile in a Plus subscription, beta access may be enough to entice you to drop some cash on the premium content.
Then you’ll have to download the Killzone 3 XMB Theme when it hits the Plus section of the PlayStation Store on Oct. 19. You’ll need to do this fast as only the first 10,000 Plus subscribers to download the theme will have access to public beta.
Finally, check your email on Oct. 25 for a promotional code and further instructions. As this is public beta, you will be expected to provide some feedback so when the game launches it’s as glitch-free as possible.
